DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery is free for orders of at least 400.00 RON. The delivery cost for orders under 400.00 RON is 20 RON, both in the country and in Bucharest/Ilfov. In the event that the destination address is outside the standard routes of express courier companies and additional km are charged, transport fees may be charged in addition to the standard one displayed on the website at the time of purchase, these will be communicated to the Buyer by phone or on e-mail. Delivery by fast courier: the parcel will be delivered to the address mentioned in the order and will be personally handed to the recipient by the courier in 2-5 working days.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
The return of the products is accepted according to the terms and conditions on the TEX ACCES MCV SRL website and are in accordance with the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.
The products that are the subject of orders placed online can be returned, without citing any reason, within 14 days from the date of their receipt; before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided for in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product, being obliged to communicate his return/withdrawal intention to TEX ACCES MCV SRL.
The intention to return will be announced by phone at the number: 0746 205 200, in writing, by filling out the Return Form on the website, or by email at comenzi@bustieremedicale.ro within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
In any situation of returning the products, they must be in the same condition, in the original packaging and box, together with all the documents that accompanied it (invoice, labels, information/instructions, the return form), accompanied by the Return Form duly completed.
Damage to the products and labels, or putting the items in a condition that makes it impossible to resell the items, leads to the refusal of the return.
The customer who has notified the seller of the intention to return, has the responsibility to ensure that the products will be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt, otherwise bustieremedicale.ro will consider the request unfounded / invalid and may refuse the return.
The direct costs of returning and exchanging the products will return, according to the law and the terms and conditions, to the responsibility of the Customer.
For the return, you must use only the courier indicated by the Seller (who made the delivery).
According to GEO 34 / 2014, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can degrade or damage quickly, such as underwear products.
Products will be returned in their entirety and not just their parts or components, including kits. The returned products must be sent back to the seller in a single shipment, in the original packaging with all the labels intact and the accompanying documents. The seller reserves the right not to accept products from the same order returned and shipped at different times.
Returned products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; they must not be dirty or show obvious signs of use/wear.
In case of reimbursement of the product's value, this will be done within 10 calendar days at most from the confirmation of the return.
In the case of replacing the product with one of the newly ordered size, the replacement will be made under the conditions and limits of a normal order.
If the Customer who returned a compliant product, and the Seller does not have a suitable product for replacement, he will offer the customer the value of the product. The value of the additional services, including but not limited to the transport of the products, paid by the customer, is not reimbursed. In all cases, the return/re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of non-conformity of the products, in which case the Seller will bear the cost of the transport.
Also, in the case of delivery of an unordered product(s), the return costs are the responsibility of the Seller.
