Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account to place orders, but creating an account allows you to keep track of delivery dates, view order history, and receive offers.
What is the status of my order?
To see the status of the last order placed, enter your profile and click on "Order History"
What is the work schedule?
Orders are sent from the main office, which has working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but if you are from Bucharest, you can visit us at the showroom, on strata Uruguay 22A, from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
How long does it take to deliver the order?
If we have the products in stock, and the order is placed by 4:00 p.m., the delivery is made on the second day via FanCourier. If we do not have the ordered products in stock, you will be contacted by one of our colleagues who will
Do you deliver to other countries?
Due to government regulations, the only site from which we can ship orders to other countries is maamgarments.com
What is the return policy?
Products can be returned up to 14 days after receiving them, in the original packaging, without being worn, washed or with the labels cut off. The products must be sent back to the address on Calea Rahovei or you can come to our Showroom in Uruguay 22A, Bucharest
Do I need to measure myself before ordering?
Compression garments are intended to be worn post-operatively to provide a defined contour to the body and decrease the chances of post-surgical complications. For this reason, it is important to choose the right size by following the directions in the measurement guide
Can I wash the product in the washing machine?
Each product comes with its own washing instructions in the package, but to preserve the compressive properties it is recommended to wash by hand or in the washing machine in cold water, on the Delicate mode
