Medical silicone gel self-adhesive medical sheet, specially designed for the treatment and prevention of hypertrophic and keloid scars.
With an optimal thickness of 1.7 mm, the foil provides a secure grip, high comfort and effective action on the skin. It is washable and reusable up to 20 times, retaining its occlusive properties and soft texture. Made according to European medical standards, MAAM silicone tape keeps the skin hydrated, reduces tension in scar tissue and promotes aesthetic healing, resulting in a smoother, flatter and more even scar as a shade.

Action mode
The occlusive action of the silicone gel blocks the loss of moisture, normalizing the production of collagen and reducing scar hyperplasia. With constant hydration and light pressure, the skin becomes smoother, more flexible and the scar gradually fades.

Precautions
- Do not apply on open, inflamed or infected wounds.
avoid direct sun exposure of the treated area.
- In case of persistent irritation or redness, discontinue use.
- Do not excessively compress the area with other bandages.
Sustainability and maintenance
- Each sheet can be reused up to 20 washes.
- Lifetime: between 5 days and 4 weeks, depending on the frequency of use and cleaning.
- Keep the product in a dry place, away from dust and direct sunlight.

Instructions for use
1. Apply the product only to completely healed skin (at least 3 days after removal of the strands).
2. Clean and dry the area completely.
3. Remove the protective film and apply the adhesive part on the scar, leaving a minimum margin of 7 mm around.
4. Accomodation phase:
- Days 1–4: wear 2 hours/day
- Days 5–6: increase to 4 hours/day
- Subsequently: gradually increase to 24 hours/day
5. After each use, wash the foil with warm water and mild soap, let it dry naturally and keep it on the protective clear foil.
Duration of the recommended treatment: minimum 1 month, ideal 2–3 months, as indicated by the doctor.
